Monitor Health & Pixel Integrity Audit

This display laboratory helps you spot permanent physical defects on any screen, from used gaming monitors to laptop panels. It uses high-contrast color shifts to expose "dead" pixels that stay black or "stuck" pixels that stay a single bright color. It also measures the actual refresh rate your browser is receiving, ensuring that a "144Hz" screen is actually performing at its advertised speed without frame skipping or signal ghosting.

To find defects, enter the fullscreen mode and look closely for any dots that don't match the background color. On the black screen test, keep an eye out for "backlight bleed"β€”bright white glow coming from the edges of the panel. While a small amount of glow is normal for some screens, large yellow patches or uneven brightness indicate a low-quality or damaged panel that may be distracting during daily use.
